Hello Mr. Nguyen,

Kong Hei Fat Choi (Is this spelled correctly? I think this is Happy Chinese New Year tomorrow?)

First, we succeeded in obtaining a court injunction to keep the strikers from blocking our containers from leaving our factory (that was a MAJOR bottleneck right there).

SO, I began working on our little project. I used RFFlow to try to rearrange our initial "UDE's"(thanks) into a preliminary Current Reality Tree. I have not injected any INTERMEDIARY ENTRY yet, because I am not sure how to do this. Before trying it out fully with the other people, I wanted to try go through the procedure first. I know this is still a very WET tree (1 Page) as there are a lot of illogical jumps and violations of the CLR rules, but before I proceed I need to know if I am on the right track. What do you think?

It seems like everything should be connected to each other! Downwards, I just kept asking Why? Why? Why? So what? From bottom up, I used CAUSALITY or "If ... then." But not too thoroughly, yet.

I put 3 clouds together in UDE#117 because I only have the test version of RFFlow which allows only up to 16 clouds (and unlimited arrows, I realized). Please point me to know my mistakes so I can better lead the energetic team a that will work on this.
