Introduction:

With Joseph N. Pangilinan's permission (the co-owner of the MPC Inc), I set up this web site for the application of TOC to MPC Inc.. Joseph and I have known each other via internet. Joseph visited my TOC web site and that is how we got to know each other. I have helped Joseph basically by being a Jonah on email. I have done this by asking many questions to stimulus his thinking, guiding him through the process of building Reality Trees, and helping him to indentify his company's core problem. Joseph did most of the work in applying TOC to his company. As you read through the letters listed below, you can see Joseph is trying to save his company from closing. He hopes that he can do this by using TOC as Alex did it in the Goal. We are not done yet, and we are still learning from each other; if you want to offer us some ideas or suggestions, please jump right in and he or I can be contacted by using this email addresses listed below.

Although some of the characters, names are fiction, but this is a real case and it is just a start of deploying TOC in MPC Inc.
