For Windows 3.1/95: Convert VIQR webpage into VISCII or VPS.
- Download: WVN7TO81.
- pkunzip the file in a subdirectory
- follow instructions in "setup.txt" to install fonts
- test text in VIQR: Ba('t dda^`u di.ch Anh Va(n ra Vie^.t va(n
Notes:
- VPS might not display the above line correctly in this release
- If English text looks funny: uncheck "Enable Converting"
